I'm sorry for not doing one of these last week.

The Super Metroid 100% tournament is underway, and I'm very much looking
forward to seeing how it goes. (The races I've seen so far have been
nice to watch.) I may still not have subbed the in-game hour, but we'll
see what happens in each race. (The first one I'm in is on Friday at 3 PM
EST, and I have one race during each of the three weeks after that too.)

The scheduling on my pre-NASA runs works out very well, allowing me to
do them and still go to New Jersey Gamer Con. The runs are Spyro 1 120%
and a donation war between Pokémon Yellow NSC and Pokémon Gold any%;
you can expect to see a good amount of all of these on stream between
now and then.

I tried a couple of Super Metroid item randomizers offline and had a
good time doing them. I feel bad for not doing them on stream, but the
situation wasn't really conducive to it. It was interesting to explore
Zebes with unusual combinations of items and get to know things I'd never
need in the categories I currently do in vanilla. (Among these things:
the X-Ray/Plasma combination, using Power Bombs on the Metroids, and
some hell-running in Norfair.) Maybe I'll try an item randomizer race
or two sometime.
